We occasionally get the opportunity to build projects from some of the most amazing architects in Los Angeles. On this Culver City R-2 lot, we built two minimalist ground up homes for a total of over 4,200sf of space for MinArc, a locally based Icelandic design team. Minimalist architecture isn’t the easiest to build but it’s our specialty. Visual simplicity is achieved through highly-detailed materials intersections.
